In most sections this is a useful textbook and is clearly laid out for students to use The sample uestions at the end of each chapter are helpful and most of the key terms are clearly defined and explained The main issue however is that some sections of the specification are barely covered they are mentioned in the revision checklist at the end of the chapter but not addressed in the main body of the textbook This is the only textbook available for the new GCSE and so we have very little choice in deciding to use it but it is very frustrating to discover that despite being AA approved it does not contain all the necessary course information and material
